We understand love at first sight doesnt always work, you may return your Item for store credit only. Store credit never expires.
We must receive the return within 30 days from the date of purchase. If received after 30 days, we will reach out to arrange for the product to be returned back to the customer.
Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
Items purchased during a sale or with a promotion are final sale and they are not eligible for return or exchange.
If an item is purchased full price, then purchased again during a promotion or sale, this voids the return of the item purchased at full price and on sale.
Exchanges: We do not hold/save any sizes. Exchanges are processed when your returned items deliver to us, based on the availability we have at that time.
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached.
Please be careful of make up or deodorant rubbing off on the garment. A 15% restocking fee may apply based on the condition of the item returned.
We do not offer price adjustments.
Shipping charges are not included in the store credit amount.

We do not offer cancellations. Once an order is placed, it cannot be
canceled. We are happy to modify it, if you've changed your mind on the
items selected. But we are unable to cancel an order once placed.
